I’m a holistic Uncovering Birth Certified Doula and a passionate health freedom advocate. I have a background in graphic design from DePaul University with over 20 years of experience in graphic and web design. As a doula, I bring creativity, clarity, and a deeply personal touch to my work supporting women through pregnancy and birth.

My journey into motherhood and birth support has been transformative. As a young woman, I received messages that birth is inherently difficult and to be feared. That perception shifted dramatically twenty years ago when I assisted my cousin’s effortless labor and witnessed the divine energy at her son’s birth—an experience that ignited my passion for empowering women to see birth as a sacred, beautiful process.

At 34, I finally felt the calling to become a mother. My own unplanned cesarean taught me the importance of education, advocacy, and support. Determined to experience a different kind of birth, I educated myself and worked with a doula during my second pregnancy. That journey resulted in a 100% unmedicated, empowering birth—proof that with knowledge and support, birth can be a profound and joyful experience.

I believe in the fundamental right to free choice and holistic solutions. I am dedicated to providing real, empowering birth education that breaks the fear and myths surrounding birth, helping women embrace their innate power and divine energy.

A key phase in birth is the transitional stage—when doubts and overwhelm may arise. I understand this intimately and am here to guide you through it, helping you trust your body and its incredible capabilities.
